Are guide books abound. But there are very few set values ??before all these leadership skills at all. In this book Harry Kraemer has identified four values-based leadership and shared his personal experiences, how to validate these principles work.

The pearls of wisdom in this book are many. My book is more than just text highlights in some places. What is unusual is the lack of recent activity and the simplicity of the message.

As leaders practice self-reflection (principle 1) through balance, trust and true humility followed authentic, then the organization has a much better chance of leading with values ??instead of the ego. Reading the Father of Modern Chinese Literature – Lu Xun’s Nahan

Summary

To read foreign literature in the original language is the ultimate goal for many students in foreign languages. To read the note receivable from a few thousand characters of Chinese literature, the challenge is especially great for students of Chinese. Lu Xun is the author most famous in China and is often referred to as the “father” of modern Chinese literature. Read as Lu Xun, to experience life in China during the decline of the Qing Dynasty and the Rise of the People’s Republic of China. His characters are touching, his style is sarcastic, and his stories are unforgettable. While his stories are laced with difficult sentences Chinese allusions to Chinese classics and historical references, stories too important not to read. With a little help and a historical introduction, the Chinese students can enjoy their stories and the satisfaction of reading one of the greatest writers from around the world in the original language. In this article I will use my experience with the reading of Lu Xun in China to explore and hopefully will inspire you to do the same.

Master a foreign language is like the master of another culture. If you start to learn a foreign language, go to a different lifestyle and a different mindset. If you really want a foreign language that you have the history and culture, speaks the language mastered. How many people can say they speak fluently without having read some of the best English writers like Shakespeare or Mark Twain English? Too many idioms and cultural references from the literature.
