Developing an Interactive Adult Learning Model
Among the many things that I have in my job, I not only services in support of many students, but I help them in their personal development if they have difficulties with her studies. This responsibility to help them get back on track and leads the academic intervention often me up, how we interact with our students. Not only that, but we all need to see if we can find better ways to help them before their unit and does not save the pain of the academic progress of hearings and the possibility to exclude their studies. To this end, I look for several years, as we teach and learn to interact with our students and in particular how it and the level of retention of their learning strategies.
The theories which I have found are not new, but in the haste to many students we teach are often forced to focus the maximum amount of theory and information in their heads removed with little or no regard for its height. Just think for a moment what would it be to learn something and retain it for more than a few minutes or even days? Do you think it is possible to improve the retention of what we experience 50%, 75% or even higher than 90%. Now it is possible to do this by the way we teach and how we all learn. And the good news is that by changing the way we teach and learn that we really have a sustainable long-term relationship with our students.
I am learning what I can about the methods of teaching and learning. Two things were very interesting that all those who teach and motivate coach have in common. First, the teachers and mentors a truly triumphant inherent ability to dump all her whole being to help others. Sure, many of them do this for the money, but the rewards for the vast majority of them are in the exchange, giving and teaching. Second, those who are truly successful have to teach an amazing ability. And not only do they have this incredible ability to teach, but how they teach that it is truly extraordinary. Those I admire most are those who not only put their whole heart, to teach their students, but students actually involved in the process. They get their students to embrace the issue and actively in their own learning.
Introduction
In her highly regarded work on “the myth of managers trained Revisited” (Craig M. Sasse, Ricard E. Downing, trained and James E. Puetz, “The myth of the educated manager Revisited, Rockhurst University – Presented the SLA TLC & Conference 2007 ), the authors, a reflection presented on how the comments the formation caused by many of our graduates is inadequate managers real-time applications. you have a reason for a fundamental change in the way we teach our students to equip them with skills to set up the requirements, especially in its initial period of employment after graduation.
This article is the assumptions they raised and the other on this issue and proposes a number of alternatives to be considered in the performance of graduates in relevant attributes that almost all admit graduates of business schools, but few ever came close to achieving .
The most business schools today seem to forget the age-old definition of the administration – have the things done by people, not by analysis, not by statistical probability, not econometrics, but by people. Holt (ME McGill in 1988 American Business “and the Quick Fix, Henry and Company)

Definitions
Wikipedia defines andragogy as “The process of participation of learners in the structure of the learning experience.”
Wikipedia defines education as “the art or science, a teacher, generally refers to strategies of instruction, teaching or style. The word comes from Greek: literally,” to bring the child “.
The Latin word derived from the doctrine, education, is now used in the Anglo-Saxon to the full context of education, to describe teaching, and actual transactions with that, although involved in two words have almost the same original meaning.
From these definitions, we can see that the common use of the word “education has to define itself in all areas of education and didactics. This development of the arts for adults was reduced and the life experiences of the graduates were also eroded.
Pedagogy Andragogy in comparison
to review the entire field of learning and so the best way to start it, the properties, Jonathan Green has described in his works is to be tested. (J. Green (1998) “Andragogy” Adult “, in B. Hoffmann (ed.), Encyclopedia of Educational Technology) Dale Cone of Learning (Dale Cone of Experience (Dale, 1969, p. 107))
Dale Cone illustrates the effectiveness of learning according to the media in learning experiences involved. The table shows the results of the research of Edgar Dale in the 1960s carried out. According to studies by Dale, the least effective, the tip of the cone, involves learning the information through verbal symbols, ie, to hear the texts presented. The most effective method involves the base of the cone, right, motivating learning experiences, like the hands on practical experience.
Results
Many universities continue to encourage students to engage in the learning process in order to win more than the maximum benefit from their studies. There are a number of internal and external factors that determine the level of their commitment to each student. Some of these factors are culture, language, education and generation differences. The sector of higher education may have little or no influence on many of these factors. But one of the factors that may have to educate the university has a direct impact on the methodology used by students.
By studying and implementing alternative methods to the generally accepted and preferred teaching of the various institutions in a position to make an informed choice of appropriate methodology to be used, so that students can most of their studies and participation in higher education. As the market and increased students change in the field of higher education must be as an educational institution of high standard, suitable for all sizes approach no longer viable, as we raise awareness of the needs of students and demographics. This project is the sector of higher education strongly and checked the data, which have a lesson plan for studying and teaching, especially in a position to develop and offer alternatives for its spectrum of stakeholders.
Completion
Through studies in the preparatory phase of the project to determine the understanding and application of teacher directed learning, a better understanding of the range of alternatives has become obvious. An interactive model of learning is very much a viable alternative to the currently preferred teacher directed method of teaching.
The ultimate measure of the success of this project will be measured by the attainment of graduate attributes:
* Independence
* Long life learning skills of written and oral communication
* Ability to investigate and research
* Critical thinking and analysis
* Problem Solving
* Teamwork
* Reading and writing
* Effective use of information technology
It would be a great benefit to Graduate Schools in the higher education sector as a whole. The inevitable goal of this project is to graduate schools with a reference point for all business schools in the area of tertiary education.
